Yes, Topco Silver ships worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will assist you.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1999. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee applies based on location. All Indian orders are dispatched via our courier partner with full tracking.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Personalised, engraved, or final-sale items cannot be returned. To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal or email us at topcosilveronlie@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Every Topco Silver piece is packed in a branded jewellery box with anti-tarnish lining, placed inside a tamper-evident shipping bag. Orders intended as gifts can be accompanied by a handwritten note — mention this at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If it does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, reach out and we will resend it.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at topcosilveronline@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our return policy.

Yes. All Topco Silver pieces are made from 925 sterling silver, meaning they contain 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy for durability. Our silver meets BIS hallmarking standards. Each piece is tarnish-resistant and safe for daily wear. This detail is clearly mentioned in our product pages. There are some specific products not complying to the same and is mentioned in the product details.
All sterling silver can tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, and chemicals such as perfume or sweat. However, Topco Silver pieces are crafted with anti-tarnish finishing to significantly slow this process. Storing your jewellery in an airtight box when not in use and wiping it with a soft cloth after wearing will keep it bright for years.
To clean Topco Silver jewellery at home: gently rub the piece with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap mixed with warm water and a soft toothbrush, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, bleach, and prolonged water exposure. Store pieces individually in the anti-tarnish pouch if provided.

To measure your ring size at home, wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimetres, and match it to our size chart. For bracelets, measure your wrist circumference and add 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for rings.
